About Me

I am an FCA (Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales) with over 20 years experience in both practice and in running business's, both my own and clients.

I specialise in getting business's off the ground (buying or start up), dealing with difficult problems, e.g. insolvency, minimising tax and the less frequent matters that arise in a business's life cycle such as arranging funding and exiting a business.

I also deal with all the normal day to day book-keeping, accounts, taxation matters in a manner that keeps costs to a minimum.
