About Me

I am a forty something FCA (Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales) with over 20 years experience in both practice and in running business's, both my own and clients.

I specialise in getting business's off the ground (buying or start up), dealing with difficult problems, e.g. insolvency, minimising tax and the less frequent matters that arise in a business's life cycle such as arranging funding and exiting a business.

I am not the sort of accountant who deals with day to day book-keeping or payroll but I can point you in the right direction for all such matters in a manner that keeps costs to a minimum.

If you wish to use me you should think of me as a supporting mentor, whose added value will be far more than the cost you pay to use my services.
